Food: The Local Vision - Case Studies (Step 1)

Thank you for considering submitting your project to Food Vision, to submit you need to complete the case study form which we have developed as a basic structure to collect the necessary information.

We would like to make adding your best practice food project to our site as easy as possible so there are three simple ways to get the information to us:

You can fill in the case study form online using the form below, someone from Food Vision will then be in touch.
You can download the form in a word version so that you can take your time filling it in and then send it to foodvision@lacors.gov.uk .
The third way is even easier, if you have report or website which already outlines the project, send Food Vision a copy or link and we will extract the relevant info and draft something which you can then simply agree.

It may be helpful to look at our other case studies to get an idea of what’s required. Our case studies are quite detailed and focus on the practicalities of running a project as well as outlining outcomes.

* Aims and Objectives - What were the main aims and expected outcomes?

* Partners - What other organisations were involved in the project?

* Methodology - How was the project delivered? How were sessions and activities structured?

* Promotion - How was the project publicised? How did you recruit participants?

* Resources - What resources were needed e.g. funding, staffing, venue, equipment, etc.

* Evaluation - How was the project evaluated and success measured?

* Lessons Learned - What obstacles or problems have been encountered? How have these been overcome?
